Countdown Idea for DS5

I want to get some Disney dollars and "send" them to our DS5. He is really into the mail right now. BUT what should I put in the envelope with the money? We leave in 20 days and I am going to do about a dollar a day and then maybe a ten on the last day. The numbers don't really matter, but I don't want to just do a Disney Dollar in the envelope...any ideas out there? Thanks!

How about a little letter with each one from different characters, saying they can't wait to see him when he comes to visit.
