I am so excited I need to share. I am down to 18 days to our first DVC stay at BCV. Our home resort is BLT and we will be there in Dec. I promise to share more when we arrive.

Congrats. We love DVC, been members since 2003, and still get excited everytime we go. Tonight I have been online planning an outline for our trip in October. Trying to pick what days to go to the parks based on the Magic Hours and where we have dinner reservations etc...

The one thing I like about the fall is that you can plan your daily schedule, but find that it does not need to be as rigid due to lighter crowds. I am excited that we can go and enjoy the resorts as much as the parks. Looking forward to checking out Boardwalk- never been there, swimming in Stormalong Bay and also checking out the villas at WL. So many new things to explore on this trip. Only stayed at the moderates and Pop before.

We will be at BCV in 30 days. I stayed here about 8 years ago, so I am looking forward to this stay. I was suppose to be at BW, but two days ago my waitlist came through, so I was thrilled. We are driving down and first we are staying at HH, which we have never stayed at so I can't wait for that. I have also just finalized my dining plans and park plans. We mostly are going to Epcot and staying at the pool. We try to make this trip a relaxing one since DD and DS are not coming. Most of my dining will be at BC and YC. Dinner at Shula's, Cape May, and F& W. Lunches and breakfasts at Captain's Galley, France, China and maybe Olivia's or someplace in DD. We can't wait.

We haven't stayed at BCV yet, although it's one of our home resorts. I bought a couple of small resale contracts this past year, so I can't wait until we try it out. I have a 9-day trip planned for next April, so I'm hoping we can get a lot of use out of Stormalong Bay.

Enjoy your first DVC trip! You will find that as you return to real life, you will start counting the days until you go back "home".

We added an extra day to our vacation at BCV and we will be there in 18 days too ....just for the day and then we will be heading over to BLT!

So do you have any idea how to get this countdown moving quicker than it is??? lol

Wow! Twenty-ninth stay at BCV-that sounds great! Did you start as one of their first guests? I thought I ws doing pretty well to be in double digits-30 days til my eleventh trip to BCV. But now I feel like an infrequent visitor.

My first stay was 2 months after it opened. And I have loved everyone since.

I do miss Art though, I used to spend hours talking with him, He is one of the nicest most genuine people I have ever met. I would love to see him again.

You better pick up the pace a little with your visits. I wonder want the record is.

My son and I just got back from a quick visit to BCV over the Aug 20th weekend. The only difference that I noticed was they seem to have 2 people that replaced Art. Rightly so! He is a fine individual and I miss him so much. We stayed at the Beach Club proper since it first opened. It seems like my kids grew up with Art. Every once in a while my husband or my son will address another member of the family..."the lady, the gentleman". Oh, the memories.

We finally became BCV members about 3 years ago. I would really like to have your track record some day. By the way, my husband and I had the pleasure of your company in the hot tub at the quiet pool last Nov. We won't cross paths this year as we are doing our family trip in Oct.

JEALOUS!!!! We stayed at BCV in May and fell in love. Our next add-on will be at BCV.

We made BLT our home resort last Sept when we took the tour. We were new to DVC so we bought direct. I will find out in Dec how much we like our home resort. I have a strong feeling we will fall in love with BCV. It is probably why I choose this for our first DVC trip once I started researching. The location and the pool seemed perfect for our needs.

Hi Tina
It's great to hear from you, I hope your are both doing well.
I hope we get the chance to do it again sometime in the future. That was the last time I was at BCV, albeit I have had 4 other trips this year so far, and I really do miss my BCV and that hot tub.
I'll be at BCV 9/4 -9/9 then again 11/20-11/26.
