Could you kind folks help me w/ a ticket question, please?

My sister is going to WDW w/ my mom and other sister in Dec. (We have to miss this one this time ) but she is only staying for 4 days. She has a parkhopper from last year that still has a day on it. She is going to MVMCP one night (so she won't be going into the parks that day until the party).

I suggested that she let my mom, who is a DVC member, purchase a ticket for her knocking off the first and last day as we are allowed to do. She said that would be great but she thought those tickets had to be used consecutively every day.

The way I had figured it is if she knocked off Sunday she could use her ticket from last year on Sunday. She would use her UPH on Monday, skip Tuesday (because she's going to MVMCP) and use the UPH on Wednesday (which is the day she leaves).

This, however, won't work if she's right about the pass having to be used every day consecutively.

Can you guys tell us which one is right?

Also, is it true you can enter the parks at 4:00pm on the night of the parties?

You can drop the first and/or last day but not a day in the middle. If her room reservation is Sunday to Wednesday, she could drop Sunday and/or Wednesday and use it for Monday and Tuesday only.

Yes, you can enter MVMCP after 4:00pm with just your party ticket.

MVMCP is a hard ticket seperate from park tickets. You do not need anything for it except the MVMCP ticket.

Unlike E-Ride that requires admission to the park and E-ride ticket.
