Could you clafify Boma rotation details??

Hi. We are doing Boma for dinner in November. I found the daily rotation threads but I need some clarification. It looks like one has 6 or 7 salmon dishes and another has that many pork listed,. Does that mean all of those are available or you may get one out of the list?

I don't like salmon and we are going on the salmon night so I'm wondering if it's bread, soup, apps and dessert for me?

Boma is one of our favorites, and we've eaten there at least 15 times. I haven't seen the "daily rotation threads" so not sure what's posted. There's only one salmon dish each night, but it will vary. In the last few years, there's always been the beef and chicken (and the chicken is very basic and simple roast chicken). The pork varied, and sometimes was ribs and other times was the loin. There's a big variety on the buffet. The soups are really outstanding.

We'll be there on a Tuesday (November 8). Not big salmon fans but there's more than enough other delicacies to keep us satisfied.

Not a big salmon fan, but tried the pistachio salmon last time we were there....it was amazing..

Also, the plantain chips with uh....crud...cilantro chimichuri, I think it was? It was outstanding.

I'm on the opposite end. I wish I would have known about this sooner. We are going on a monday and were hoping for salmon dishes =( not a big pork loin fan

Thank you so much for the list. I originally had Tuesday ADR which seem to have ALOT of salmon dishes. My son doesn't eat any seafood so I switched to Thursday. I think he'll enjoy Thursday menu better than Tuesdays.

Yes, exactly. That's what I was asking, are there ALL those salmon dishes on the buffet, or do you get one or two of them.

If it's only one or two, then you're really not dealing with overdoing just one main course, but a rotation of one or two. I see every day has one chicken and two beef dishes, so it's okay. Since it only fits in our schedule on Tuesday, we'll deal. But boy do I HATE salmon

@sharadoc, I was lucky to find ADR on Thursday which didn't really affect my park day.
I'm curious to this answer too. Even for Thursdays, there's alot of pork loin listed and I was wondering too if they all going to be there on Thursday or just couple.

It's one, maybe two, salmon dishes a night. It could just be any of those listed depending on the night.

Greetings from 2017! Does anyone know if this menu rotation is still correct?

We've tried the Wednesday and Thursday menus so far, and are considering which day to go on our next trip.
