Could you change to the Fall Advantage if you picked Fall?

My plans fell through for a summer job and I really have NOTHING going on here in Philly besides a pretty great boyfriend. My friends all moved elsewhere so I'm kinda by myself with him. I would love to go into the Fall Advantage but it's probably too late....is it?
