Could use PD and Hugs for my brother

Got a call yesterday at work from my brother. He never calls me....ever.....

He had to have his dog put down on Wednesday. He said it was so difficult, even though he knew it was the right thing to do.
He called me because he said, "Of everyone in the family, I knew you were the one who would understand." I work for a veterinarian. Plus, I have had my share of pets die.

He said Buddy licked his (my brothers) nose before he passed away. So sad...

My sister in law was beside herself. She was never attached to a dog. Then about a half hour later they got a call that her father had passed away.

It has not been a great week for my brother or his wife. If you could spare some PD and hugs or good thoughts, we would appreciate it.
