Could someone tell me about the MVMCP?

I haven't payed attention to the multitude of MVMCP post over the years, because we've tried to avoid WDW during this time period because of the crowds. It appears, however that a Christmas trip is in the workings for next year and I was wondering what was all involved. Thanks for any responses in advance.
