Could someone please explain what time they get to the MK on MNSSHP?

I was unable to get PS for LTT and I thought I read that if you are in the park prior to the regular closing time, you can stay.

Is there anywhere else open to eat during that time? If we ate a late afternoon meal and came over about 5:00 what would we able to do while things are setting up for the night? Has anyone done this? Or should we just try to arrive a little before the party starts?

Last year we arrived at about 5:30 and were able to get a wristband for the party right away. We were asked to wait in Fantasyland while the park was cleared out and made ready for the party. We rode rides in Fantasyland until 7:00 when the party officially started. A lot of the counter service places were open that night from what I remember. The party itself is great, you'll really enjoy it!

Momto2, What night are you going? If you still want a PS for LTT, try again. I just called today and there were available times. I guess people had been cancelling.

If you are looking for a sit down place - we made PS for CRT for the Oct 14 MNSSHP. We were going to do counter service that night, but it is my Birthday and I wanted something a little more special.

We have an early dinner at CRT (4 PM), but today there was plenty of availability at LTT for a table for 2. I'm planning to get to MK about 3:00 and stay for the evening. Can we get wristbands that early?

Questions for MNSSHP hours - Is there any way to get in before 7:00 without a PS. I do NOT plan on using a day off of my PH that day. Just wondering. Thanks.
