Could someone help me with this DISign??

I would love to surprise my DH with a t-shirt. He saw this on someone at the parks a few years ago and we could not find anywhere.

It is the classic Standing Mickey pose (his hands are behind his back, 3/4 face, looking to the side) his shorts are Hawaiian print and he has on sunglasses.

If anyone has it or could DISign it I would greatly appreciate it. If not, no problem.

Thanks Tebi, it is close. I just found the Mickey picture I was trying to describe. The only difference is he has sunglasses on and his shorts were a Hawaiian print. If you or anyone else chould help i wound be in your debt!! I wanted to make DH a shirt for our cruise.
