Could someone customize a design from Triplefig?

Her link says she isn't designing or modifying anymore. Is this acceptable to do? Is it even possible? My husband really likes this one and is finally getting into "maybe" wearing some shirts. This will be the second that he said he'll wear. Only 8 more to go after that!!

Thank You so much we love it. I think we're going to wear this for the flight down and our first day. Absolutely perfect.
I wish I could figure out how to use my photoshop elements. But I don't think I could still be as creative as all the wonderful people on this forum.
