Could not sign in

I had to make up a new account.

I tried signing in with my old user name (JVL1018), said it didn't exist.
I tried using my email for that account, said my password was incorrect.
I tried to get my password sent to me, nothing ever showed up(I checked my spam folder, as well).
That was an aol email. I tried registering a new name with another aol email address, no email came to complete my registration.

I tried this name with my yahoo email address, email came through and I signed in with this new account no problem.

Is there any way I can sign in with my old name?

Can you send an email to Support@wdwinfo.com from the AOL mail account registered with that username? Be sure to include the username and explain that you need to have the password reset.

Try logging in with a different browser. Same thing happened to me and that is what fixed it.
