Could I beat this price in March 2012?

We are hoping to get back to WDW next March. A company we have rented from several times before has a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a private pool in High Grove (a neighborhood we have stayed in before) for $104/ night. That includes pool heat but not tax.

Does that seem like the best price we could get for that size home in March?

I PM'd you. I will add that the Windsor properties, Emerald Island and High Grove have been the most convenient to WDW.

Other than the fact that I don't know where that community is, my opinion is that it's a good price. I rent at Windsor Hills and I would jump on that rate. Spring Break (March & April) tends to be expensive, and pool heat is almost always more. What about cleaning fees, registrations fees, etc.

Thanks for the input. I really want to get the most for the least. That includes everything except tax. There is a cleaning fee for shorter stays. It is at the intersection of Hwy 27 and 192 (Irlo Bronson). We know people who have stayed there before and said it about 30 minutes from the door of the house to the gate at the park if you take the back way.

A 4 bedroom at Windsor Palms for the same time is $140/nt before tax. That includes pool heat.

We rented from this company last year and stayed at Sandy Ridge. That is much too far from the magic for us.

I would not dither around to save a few dollars in March---that is typically a very busy time for private rentals between spring breakers, snowbirds, etc., and the most attractive properties rent quickly.

September? Sure, you can play the waiting game. But, personally, I wouldn't in March.

Is it a nonrefundable deposit? If it isn't just make a deposit then look for something better.

There is a $200 non refundable deposit. So I want to be sure before I book.
