Could Disney Visa offer be different then the GP offer?

Anyone know if the Disney Visa offer is different then the GP offer on Disney's site?

Disney Visa - Special Offers site still has not been updated with the new offers or I don't see it. I'm curious if there offer could be different. Less black out dates? Less excluded resorts? Historically has that ever happened? Just looking for some perk from DV.



Maybe just wishful thinking since my dates and resort are blacked out of both offers.

There is not DV offer for this.

Typically DV holders get the offer a few days early, but not a different one.
