Couch repairs

We have a couch that is in good shape for the most part. Fabric looks good. Foundation is in great shape. My only problem is that the cushions are worn and flat. Anyone know a way to fix that??

Are they zippered covers? At most craft stores or fabric stores you can buy big foam replacement cushions to put in--from 3 to 6 inches thick.

Yes they are zippered. Are the replacement pads already cut or would we have to cut them ourselves?? I was hoping for something easy like that.

They are precut. (But if you have to trim yourself, an electric carving knife--like you use on the Thanksgiving turkey--works great)

But if I wanted to save some money, I'd probably try a place like Jo-Ann Fabrics, buy a roll of thinner foam, and see if wrapping the existing cushions would work.

Oh thank you. We have a brand new couch and weren't planning on having to use this one but we moved and the living room is HUGE and we honestly need to use this couch to fill up the space. It's in great shape other than the cushions.
