hello!! I looked for this forum and couldn’t find, hows the couch beds at the villas? Are they good for adults? We’re going as a group of 6 adults and can’t fathem all paying the same if those on the couches will have a less then good nights rest! Thanks!

I've shared the villa sofa beds with another adult and found them comfortable. But I'm not that picky, so it's hard to say if you guys will think they're okay. They're definitely more comfortable than the average sofa bed though!

I will say that I find the murphy/pull down beds (which are the 5th bed in the BCV room) uncomfortable!

with 6 you will need a 2BR, the dedicated units will have 1 King, 2 queens and a queen sofa, some DVC locations will also have a twin sleeper chair. BLT and AK-K will also have 3 full bathrooms.

With 6 adults, getting the 2BR dedicated is the way to go. If 4 adults aren't willing to be in the 2-bed bedroom together, one (or 2) may end up on the couch but that would be a personal decision.

If you are a smaller or slighter adult, the sleeper sofa might not be too bad. If you have any cushioning on your body, you will hate it. Kids can survive on the sleeper sofa because they are kids and will fall asleep standing up.
A dedicated two bedroom villa at BCV will have a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A lockoff two bedroom villa at BCV will have one king bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed, one double sleeper sofa and bunk sized murphy bed in the second bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. None of the villas at BVC have the twin sized sleeper chair in the living room. Only OKW, BLT and AKV (but not the value villas at Jambo House) have the twin sized sleeper chair.

We had a recent stay where we did 4 days in a Family Suite at Loew's Royal Pacific, and then 4 days in 2 studio rooms at Polynesian. Everyone agreed that the sofa beds at Polynesian were significantly better, more comfortable, and not as 'hard' as the ones at Loew's Royal Pacific. Whenever I have stayed at Disney and we have used Sofa Beds, I have been impressed with the quality. I don't know if anyone makes better sofa sleepers. However, most of our experience has been at AKL, where they are great, and I haven't ever stayed at BCV

Sofa beds? I can't recommend them for adults although I know there are some that feel they are comfortable. I do not.
