Cotton Candy maker - Epcot

In March there was a man at a kiosk in Japan making extravagant cotton candy. I had his hours in my notes but now I can't find anything about him. Anyone know if he is still there?

It's in China, the Disney Food Blog gave details in June, I'm not sure they're still accurate or not.

Thanks! I forgot it was in China! Hoping it is still there in August as I'm bringing 2 grandkids who would love this!

He was there in early June. We didn't stick around and wait for him but times were posted and people were waiting

His name is Wenbo Zhang. I just looked at a times guide I kept from our recent trip and his times from 23rd June - 29th June were:

11:45am - 2:00pm, 4:00pm - 6:00pm & 7:30pm - 8:30pm.

He’s there everyday except Wednesday but I guess that could change between now & when you go. We didn’t get a chance to see him because our Epcot days always seem to be a Wednesday haha

Thanks ! Glad to see there may be an evening time! Our full EP day is a Wednesday but we are there a couple evenings.
