Costumes for kids!

I want to bring a bunch of costumes for my kids to wear when we go - they love to dress up! Luckily I sew. But recognizable boy costumes are not the easiest to figure out. I need suggestions!

5yo DD: has Elsa, Anna, and Snow White, has requested Rapunzel, Belle, and Cinderella

2yo DS: has Captain Hook and Kristoff, I was thinking Sully and Flynn Rider. 1-2 more?

3mo DS (at the time we travel): will have Olaf, maybe Peter Pan. Pinocchio? I'd like ~5 total.

Any suggestions? I make their costumes out of comfortable, washable fabrics - they aren't the fanciest but they can be repaired and worn until outgrown.

Gaston on a 2yo would be adorable, especially with DD as Belle. You could get some cute pictures of him flexing his muscles at Gaston's tavern

If your 2yo is Capt. Hook, your 3mo could be Smee It'd be super easy, all you'd need is a blue & white striped shirt and a little red cap.

What about Avengers costumes? They would widen up your options.

You have the 7 dwarfs to work with your little guy could be Sleepy and other bro could be Happy, or Doc... heck the parents could even get in the act on this one, your DD is Snow White after all.
How about Russel, and Carl from Up, the little one would be so funny as Carl!

Little one could be Nemo, or Mike Wazowski (green ones with and eye on it)
The Incredibles remember Jack Jack
You also have the fab 5 to work with Micky, Donald and Goofy
