Costco swan package question

I couldn't find this in the mega thread...

We went through Costco to purchase a Swan package with park tickets. I am not sure where/how to actually get my park tickets. Can I do that at the Swan?
If I have old Magic Bands, can I link them on my own, or should I go somewhere in person forhelp? I believe I got everything connected on MDE as I was able to do FP reservations. But I haven't figured out the ticket part.

You should have ticket numbers to link into mde. You'll only need the hard tickets if you'd like them for some reason. I don't recall the "instructions" from the email, but I just followed the steps, everything was simple as pie. Old magic bands will work fine. You can call the Disney help desk, and they can verify if your acct looks good. I stressed for a while because I couldn't believe it was so easy.

I believe I got everything connected on MDE as I was able to do FP reservations. But I haven't figured out the ticket part.

You are good to go now as long as you take your existing linked MagicBands. The only way to get your FP+ reservations was that you already had ticket entitlements linked correctly in your MDE account. Same thing for your Swan reservation if you got your FP+ at the 60 may mark. Your Swan reservation should also be listed in your MDE profile.

Note: If you really want to have a physical ticket, just stop by the Disney counter in the East Wing of the Swan. They are Disney Cast members and have the same access that CMs at Guest relations or a park ticket window. They also sell the 12 basic colors of MBs if you want to pickup a new one of if someone forget to bring their's along.

Note: The Disney counter at the Swan can also activate Annual Passes and provide you the Annual Pass Discount card.
