Costco refund process/timing

I submitted the online form to Costco last week for a refund for our 4/30 cruise. After submitting it, the screen told me it was submitted and to expect confirmation that they received it by email in a few days. I have not yet received any such email. Could others who have gone through the autoform process with Costco share what the timeline was like for you? Thank you!
 
I did the same last week - submitted the form to cancel 3 cruises for September. I never got any response from Costco. Their phone message says they are processing the forms in order of the date of the cancelled cruises.

I had to call Costco on Monday to move a cancelled cruise and had the agent manually cancel my September cruises.

You might want to do the same. The hold time for Costco wasn’t too bad and they called me back. The agent got directly thru to DCL.
 
I submitted the online Costco form on 4/6 to cancel our 4/24 cruise. I received an email from Costco this morning that my cruise had been cancelled - so it took about 9 days. The taxes/port fees have been refunded already and I'm waiting for the cruise fare to be refunded.
 
What was the manner of refund? Can you request a check or do they just put a credit onto a credit card?
 

I cancelled and a week later received a confirmation (as well as my money returned to my credit card)
 
So it sounds like several of you never got a confirmation email right after requesting the refund but instead just got the refund itself as your next contact?

I cancelled on the Costco form and the next thing was the refund of the taxes/fees. I think that is automatic by Disney because they refund the taxes/fees regardless of whether you pick the refund or the 125% credit, so they don't have to wait to hear from you about your choice.

My taxes/fees on my cancelled sailing rolled over to the new sailing. I got no refund of them and the credit amount from the cancelled sailing to the new sailing was almost exactly the PIF amount. We were credited about $15 each cabin right after Christmas - so I am sure that is the small discrepancy
