Costco package tickets apply to Annual Pass?

We purchased a WDW vacation through Costco for the end of May, and have six days of park hoppers. For many reasons, I'm considering buying an annual pass (probably just for myself). We would like to return next year, approximately a year away (another end of May trip). Does anyone know if my park tickets I have already purchased for this trip can count toward the AP? I know that normally they do, but since they were part of a third-party vendor package, I'm thinking WDW may not do that, or may offer "partial" credit. Anyone have a definitive answer for this?

Yes, you can upgrade your ticket(s) to an AP any time before park closing on the day you use the last entry. You should receive credit for the WDW value of a ticket at the time you purchased your tickets from Costco. It looks like a 6-day PH ticket in late May 2019 is currently valued at $579.63, but if you purchased prior to the ticket increase in March your value may or may not be slightly less. Thank you so much for the response - that is good news! I did purchase back in December, but I doubt the increase will affect the overall price too much.
