Costco (lendingtree) and Refi Mortgage

Has anyone used them to refinance their home mortgage? How did it go?

We're looking at going with a 15 year fixed this spring.

They have a promotion that an Executive Member gets $350 back in a Costco card.

There seems to be little that one cannot purchase from Costco. Earlier this year, the warehouse club publicized that it would be providing home loans, available online. The Costco mortgage program is available to both customers and non-members, though customers get substantial discounts on some mortgage terms.

We used them when we bought our current house. We picked a lender that seemed like the best option. None of our choices were "nationally known" companies. Looking back now, I'm not sure I'd do it again as the one we picked immediately sold our mortgage to a company who was not good to work with. We refinanced with a national bank and haven't had any problems. The gift card was nice, however, as we moved across the country and needed a lot of Costco things.
