Costco dining voucher: character or regular dining?

We are doing Goofy's breakfast, and PTN BB. Since the voucher is 'free' with our package, I'm not really losing money if I use it at Goofy's, but would I be better off using them all to pay for our PTN BB package? 3 adults and 3 kids. Would it be tacky to use them at a nice restaurant? I also have nearly $200 on a gift card. More tacky to use the gift card or vouchers at BB? It would be nice to wipe the GC out in one meal, than try to use it for all our snacks. But that may be the better option.

It's not tacky to use either at any location. It's simply a form of payment.

You will get more money out of the vouchers if you use them for BB. The voucher is worth more than the cost of Goofy's brunch.

Are they eligible for the Blue Bayou PtN dining package? I've read that in the past, they could not be used as a form of payment for the WoC or F! dining packages, so you might want to check to see if they're BB PtN package.

We used ours at the RBT F! Dinner in October 2015 without a problem.
