Costco city pass & adding extra days???

SO... I need a very basic breakdown (because I'm SO not too bright in figuring these things out! )

#1) If we buy a city pass from Costco but want to upgrade to a 4-day DL hopper, how much would we have to pay??

#2) With the city pass you only get 1 day each to Universal & Seaworld..... but both of those parks have special buy 1 day/ get another day free passes available. Do you get that with the City pass?? Or do you still just get the 1 day for each park??

OK... so, I think that I figured out the answer to my first ?
Please let me know if I am correct.
If we want to upgrade from the 3-day to the 4-day hopper (with the city pass) we just pay the difference between the regular 3-day & 4-day hoppers. Which on the disney site are $139 & $154... so that means that we would pay an extra $15 per person. RIGHT?

Any help with question #2 would also be great!
