Costco Car Rental?

Looking at booking a car rental through Costco which I've never done before. In the event a cheaper rates comes out, is it easy to cancel and rebook through them?

Yes it is easy to cancel with Costco. All done online. I would suggest booking the cheaper rate when you see it then cancel the other one. Otherwise you risk the cheaper rate being gone by the time you cancel and rebook.

Yes - simple - I did it a half dozen times before I had to cancel the entire trip due to my sick dog.

Yes in fact the method Shelly F described (book the new reservation, then cancel the original) is mentioned right on the page where you book the car. In other words, they actually encourage you to keep an eye on the rate and make a new reservation if the price drops.
