Costco Alamo question

I booked Alamo through Costco. If I do Skip The Counter and pay with my Costco credit card, will I still get reward points? TIA

Reward points from whom? Alamo yes, Costco I have no idea. To Alamo it's just another rental, although some locations and individual employees won't let you skip the counter on a Costco rate, they demand that you come to the counter and show your card.

At MCO i've never had them demand to show your Costco card. Sometimes with 3rd party prepaid bookings the kiosk will send you to the counter. Even so, Alamo still does not ask for card. They will just do the routine paperwork. Say no to add-ons and upgrades. They are usually low pressure or at least always has been and I only use Alamo several times a year. They are trained to upsell, but they don't push it if you decline. Many times if your car class is not available, there may already be upgraded cars in your car class aisle to choose from, without paying anything additional.

Yes you can skip the counter and use any credit card and still get the 2 percent back from Costco if your referring to that. If your talking about other rewards the Costco credit card offers then yes you need to use it.
