Cost per point question

Hello everyone, haven't been an active user in a long time, but still know when it comes to getting an answer this is the place.

Question is this.. Wife and I are tossing around DVC Purchasing again, and what has me is purchasing direct. Not one of the 3( CC, RV,Aulani), but trying to get into something like a SSR, or BLT from Dis direct. Have read a bit in places about people not being offered these resorts until after they turn down the first three. Any idea of the going rates per point for such locations? Just trying to smash out some math on costs before talking to them. Any help would be great, so thanks in advance.

Go to the Disney site and prices are listed also there is a thread about summer incentives with pricing listed for BLT and SSR.

Just tell them you want X and they will be fine getting you that resort.

Also the direct incentive requirement goes from 100 to 125 the end of next month most likely if that matters to you not sure how many points you are getting.

Thank you very much, just cleared up a handful of questions for us. Added in some missing information while we sit here and crunch numbers. DISBoards never lets me down. and it's too late for me to have hunted this down tonight on my own. lol

Make sure you buy the resort you don't mind staying at if you cannot change your reservation at seven months out. It happens often.
