Just curious, How much does everyone usually pay per person on a return flight from your hometown to Orlando?

our last one was over 500 per person. that was for september and october.
this one in april i havent figured out as i booked sepratley with seat sales. it was 759 for four one way back and 854 for the four of us down.

We are flying out of Buffalo. 1104.00 US for a family of rour - return. Plus - we got to choose our flight times so we can arrive in Olando early in the day and depart late in the day and we got non-stop!

We leave in exactly 2 weeks. I bought the airfare mid October. For 3 of us on Southwest from Detroit to Orlando I paid $163.40 pp return. Airfare for 3 for less than $500.00, I was pretty happy :woohoo:

Air Canada has some great deals out of Toronto right now. We usually fly from Buffalo since it is cheaper but it was cheaper out of Toronto this time.

Air Canada end of April was just over $300pp (taxes in) return direct to Orlando and they had some great deals in Feb too for less than that return.

Usually we pay around $500 per person taxes in (Unless we drive to the US, where we would be 200 to 250 US).

This March we are paying 329 CDN taxes in ... :thumbsup2

We are flying from Buffalo March 8th to the 19th, taxes in and what went through my credit card for exchange, it came to $815.11 for 4 people CDN return. Not bad really!

We paid $2200 for 3 of us :scared1: If I'd waited 3 weeks, it would have dropped to $1500

We are flying SW from Seattle in 10 days and paid $257 USD incl tax RT each.

Booked last night on Southwest..direct flight
April 13-20th
3 of us
$448 round trip including taxes!!!
Can't beat it...it was $64 per person..per way before taxes.

Our last trip we flew from BUF and we paid $558US for 4 tickets and we had non-stop flights in both directions. That was with AirTran.

I have also gone with SW and I think that was about $135US per person and again it was non-stop flights.

My home airport would be Toronto and from there you would be around $350CAD on a good day. I would say it would average to about $450 and not nearly as many flight options. When you us the US cities you can travel at just about any time of day that suits you. I think SW has around 6 flights per day and 2-3 are non-stop. We much prefer BUF for many reasons. The terminal is small and simple to navigate. The parking is super cheap and you can walk to the terminal. The main reason we prefer BUf is that the fares including tax are usually less than the taxes alone from YYZ. If we did not have BUF as an option we would probably only take a trip about every 18 months, instead we can go about every 8-10 months or more.

Flying out of Buffalo in a couple weeks and paid $64 US each way. So for $748 US all 5 of us fly return nonstop each way to Orlando with early am flight going and suppertime flight coming home.
I thought it was a fantastic deal and cannot wait!
Also bid on priceline for a hotel before we go and got the Millenium for $35!!! I realize I still have to pay for parking but think we did really well!

What airline are you flying with and how did you book the flights?

We are flying jetblue and I booked directly on the jetblue.com website. When I looked today the same price is still up for the dates we are going. If you can travel on Mon-Thurs it seems to be cheaper.

I really would have loved to fly out of the US for any of our trips.. it's the obviously cheaper...but we always fly out of Ottawa.

We usually can find anywhere from as low at $300 to as high as $450. I just bought for August flying from Ottawa to Toronto, Toronto to Orlando for 313 Each.

Out of Moncton, NB would be 800 or more, we always fly out of US. got tickets this year out of boston, for 3 of us, 640 tax in.

Last time we flew Air Canada out of Toronto. For 2 people at a posted rate of $99 per person each way the total came out to just over $600. Gotta love taxes and airport fees... :headache:

We're flying JetBlue out of Buffalo (we're in Waterloo, so the drive to Buffalo is very similar to the drive to Toronto).

Paid $480 CDN for 3; return, non-stop, early departure, late return, taxes & fees included. Which is $160 per person.

We weren't planning to go back again this year, but the air fares were too cheap to pass up - cheaper than driving down!

$998US return for 7 of us via southwest
Sept. 25 - Oct 2nd - Buffalo > orlando

I booked 4 return tickets on Jetblue for June 3-10 7:00am direct flight and 4:20 flight back total with taxes is $597.60 US$....

I think Southwest has same prices but with Jetblue i was able to pick our seats and not have to print a designated loading number.... I still like southwest but if same price and direct flights and pre pick seat why not
