Can anyone tell me the cost of those photos that are taken on rides (ToT, RRC, etc)? And does anyone know what other rides may have those kind of photos? You know...the action ones, taken while you are on the ride :earsboy:

I cant remember the exact price but I think a 8*10 cost around 20 bucks.

The Dinosaur ride has these photos. I think the one I have was just under $20, but that was a couple of years ago.

well when I sold said photos at Splash it 12.95 for a 5x7, and 16.95 for either and 8x10 or the 5x7 and 4 wallets. The poster was 22.95 and additional 5x7's were 9.95 and add'l 8x10's were 12.95.

however, that was 9 months ago and I think we were the only place left still offering 5x7. so budget in 18.16 for each photo (price with tax)

Thank you all so much for the information. The prices sound about what there where in DL a year ago. I want to budget in enough money to get these photos. Rather have too much money (IS there such a thing!!???) than not enough!

Can you get these photos on line when you get back like the others taken in front of landmarks, or do you have to buy them on the spot?

Could you have picked your photo up online with the Photo pass? Or did you have to buy it as soon as the ride was done?
$20 is a lot...but I agree...I'd have to have it too! Nothing's better to remember your trip then a good photo. I justify it by knowing that $20 will be worth it's weight in gold in memories ;) .

Unfortunately the photopass pictures are actually taken by a photographer right with you and there not there on the rides. The ones from the rides are done by a automatic photo camera on site on the ride. We had to buy them right after the ride or there gone. The first photo that was taken, some other people in our boat did some profanity and they wouldn't let us see the picture or buy it. So we had to go on it again and this time I asked the CM who put us on the boat to make sure we had a family with us this time. Last time we had 2 teenagers, thinking they were funny. Unfortunately the picture is expensive but last year we got one from Chef Mickey's and I paid the same price for just one 5x7. This time I got 2.

That's good to know. Thanks!
Too bad about the teens...glad you ended up with another "clean" picture!
