Cost of Chef's Table Wine Dinner at Flying Fish?

I'd love to try this, but the website gives no information on the exact price despite it being a prix fixe - it's not even on the special menu for the dinner! Anyone know what it costs?

We enjoyed the Chefs Table a few weeks ago and it was around $140 each which also included gratuity. You have to pay in full @ time of booking and I can't find the CC charge but I recall it being about $140 and well worth it IMO. Pretty sure the no wine option is no longer an option.
