cost of cab from PC to OKW?

We are moving from PC to OKW on Easter Day. I am toying with the idea of taking a cab from PC over to OKW in the morning so I can check in and (hopefully) get the requests that I made. Does anyone have an idea of what the cost of a cab would be? I've never taken a cab while staying at a WDW resort. How do you get one? Are they just lined up out front waiting for people? Thanks!

In our experience we've always called the front desk for a taxi about an hour in advance and told them what time we want it for. It has usually been about $10 from one place on the property to another.
