Cost for Surrey Bikes?

Does anyone have the cost of renting one of the surrey bikes from the Boardwalk area?

Not sure about the Boardwalk, but they are $16 for a half hour at POR. ~~

I beleive it is $18 for a half hour at the Boardwalk.
