Is Cosmic Ray's open all year, or seasonally? Last Oct. (7-13th) it was closed that week, and I don't recall if the sign said it was for refurbishment or what the explanation was. Thanks!

I believe it is open all year long. They were probably refurbishing it.

It's still open, it's still completely unorganized and still a crowded mess. There are different staions for different types of food so if you want a salad and hubby wants chicken, there are two lines to wait in. The tables are small and not easy to find empty, even in off hours.

We always find lots of tables, but tend to be there at opening. I find the organization superior to the Pecos Bills, but we decide which line to get in before going and treat it as three restaurants with shared seating.

My husband LOVES this place - its his tradition. I get dragged across the park to go (and I don't know why, there are a ton of places to get the same food). I think his first trip to WDW he was just so charmed by Sonny that this place defines Disney for him.
