Cosmic Rays on Party Night Question

Last year, we noticed that the Ribs/Chicken dinner was available on non party nights but not during MNSSHP. This year we are going for MVMCP. Do they stop selling the rib/chicken dinner at a certain time on party nights or not at all on that day? We did not hit cosmic rays until 8pm on the party night so I am thinking they may have had it open before 7pm possibly. Can anyone confirm that?

1) Usually, Pecos Bill's, Casey's and Ray's are open during partied.
2) But, they serve the truly fast food.
3) In the past, ribs and chicken are not fast food.
4) Too much can go to waste and have to be thrown out.
5) Too tough to tell how many to make in advance.
6) Burgers and franks can be made quickly, ribs and chicken cannot.

Cosmic Ray's simplifies its menu on MNSSHP and MVMCP nights. We've eaten there before the party started and I think it was around 6 when they started the changeover.

I had the ribs and chicken at MNSSHP on Sept 15 2006. They had run out of cooked chicken and had 30 people waiting for it.Our timing was very lucky but saw a lot of mad people. The place was a complete madhouse. I wonder if that night had anything to do with the change in party menu.

Thanks, that tells me what I need to know. I figured they did do a change over at some point before the party.
