I like the menu at Cosmic Ray's on allears.net but is it indoors? In July in Florida, I need some AC at lunch. LOL.

Like I want to try Flame Tree BBQ at AK but not in July..............

Plus it's got the cool Sonny Eclipse show to keep you entertained while you eat (good if you have young kids)!

It will definitely be crowded inside, so be patient when looking for a table. We personally wait to look for a table until after we get our food (the food lines are long), because it's unnecessary to hog a table if you're not technically using it yet. Cosmic is actually the busiest food court/restaurant in the world.

We found that eating at off-hours definitely helped with crowds a few weeks ago. When we ate lunch at Cosmic Ray's, I think we got there about 11 and there were LOADS of empty tables. I would imagine that it got more crowded as the crowds grew in the park. We were long gone before then :)

That's exactly the time my family and I eat lunch there, because figure it will be least crowded and will have no problems getting a table.

Depending on what time you go, it may be quite crowded. If so, just have a family member or two seek out a table while you order. It's a great, quick meal. Portions are rather large and can often be shared.

There was some construction going on at the restaurant in June. I'm not sure if this is affecting the seating inside or not.

The time before last when we ate there (March) they were stopping people from entering the seating area unless they had a tray of food with them. So trying to snag a table beforehand may not work. So you might want to get there when they open (10:30 - 11:00).
