Cosmetique cancellation

For those who have done this offer.....when you cancel, do you need to send the introductory makeup and stuff back, or do you keep it?? I am waiting a week or two to cancel, but I'm cuious if I should save the box. Thanks!

Wish I knew the answer for you...I just opened up the offer and it does sound confusing. At one point I would say no that is your gift, but then when you read down farther it sounds like it needs to be returned someone has to know.

I had done the trial offer on SR. You get to keep the free trial makeup kit. Just call the 800 # and tell them you want to cancel. They did not hassle me just cancelled it and told me thanks for trying cosmetique. They do not however give a cancellation #.

Just cancelled. Very easy. I actually liked some of the products and might have considered ordering more if I needed anything. I really liked the perfume they sent as a free gift. I will definately use it.

my daughter loved the perfume and my other one loved the eyeshadow they sent.
