I was just wondering if anyone knows if cosco in the US carries small bottles of chocolate milk that doesn't need to be refridgerated. We can get in in Canada but customs going into the states is quite stiff so buying food/snacks state side would be easier. We plan on stopping about 5 hours into our drive at one to pick up supplies we will need for the 12 days. Breakfest in the room would be a huge deal easier with milk that won't go bad as we can chill it in a cooler.

Do you mean Costco?

The ones near Chicago carry cases of small organic chocolate milk boxes, that don't need to be refrigerated.

Sorry forgot the t;) costco. I'm not sure if the one's here are organic but they would be cheaper either way in the US because in canada milk is gold;)

Our Costco has them in boxes rather than bottles, but it is the UHT stuff you don't need to keep in a fridge. At our store there is a Costco brand which is cheaper than the name-brand stuff.

Those look great. If I can get costco brand I will. I'm thinking $1 per kid for milk in the morning isn't too bad( heck 1 gal or 4 L here is $5 , organic is pushing $10!). I'm thinking of a $10 for the morning as a budget for me and my 3 kids a day, though I'm sure we can do it on alot less.
