correct tip amount to towncar driver?

Hi - hoping on some advice. We have just booked Tiffany Town Car for our upcoming trip. We will be hiring a van for 4 different times (airport to hotel, one hotel to another, again one hotel to another & then last hotel back to airport). What would be the appropriate tip to the driver each time? We will have 8 large suitcases with us each time. This tipping business can get a bit tricky for us Aussies!

We also use Tiffany Towncar when we go. They are a very good chocie. As far as tipping, I would say at least 2 or 3 dollars per bag. For us it's $80 round trip and I usually give them $100 if they take care of all the bags and are pleasant. Also welcome to the Dis. you'll pickup a lot of great info here.

We just used Tiffany last week to get from the airport to the hotel. The trip was $50. We had 2large suitcases and 1 small one and our carry ons. We tipped the driver $25. This was due to the fact that he was so pleasant and it was late at night.

We use TT also. Since the whole trip is paid for upfront, we tip $15 each way. We have always had the same driver, but just in case that isn't the case, we tip each way.

I usually tip towncar drivers $10-$15 on the way to the hotel because we usually do a grocery stop and $10 on the way back to the airport.

I do the same--$15 for the way there, $10 for the way back. I have always had the same driver both ways.
