I have friends who are going to CSR for a convention - and if I'm really lucky, I'll get to go too!

It's been awhile since I booked a room. What's the current cancellation policy? Can one still get final payment due at check in? What's the latest you can cancel without penalty? I know WDTC has strict penalties - is it still possible to call CRO and get around them?

Any suggestions on buildings to ask for? What do people like best?

If your friends are going to a convention, most likely they will be put into the Casitas section. Casita #1 is a great location for proximity to the main building, El Centro. Any of the Cabanas are a good location for proximity to both the Dig Site recreation area and El Centro. I have a map on my website which shows where the various buildings are.
