My husband and I have stayed in just about every Disney resort but not this one. We will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and would like recommendations for the most romantic/quiet areas of this resort. Building/room location, etc. Thanks.

Congrats on your 25th. It really all depends on what your atmospheric preferences are. Do you like beach settings or a desert-like atmosphere? I find the ranchos to be really quiet, but they are the furthest away from El Centro. I have lots of pictures on my CSR website that may help in your decision:

For our honeymoon we had a great room in Casitas on the 3rd floor. WE had a king room and looked out our window and door straight out to the lake. Beautiful! We enjoyed Ranchos sections on our previous trip but felt it was a little too far. Casitas either we stayed in 4 or 5 was more secluded and really nice. :)

We may have had the same room!

Casitas 5, 3rd floor, lakeview (free upgrade). It was fabulous. The resort was practically deserted. The full moon rose over the lake and it was sooooo nice. I tried to take a picture, but it didn't come out.

Casitas is definitely the way to go....waterview!

I am not "that" familiar with the resort be we stayed there once and got a free upgrade to a Casita, corner room, great view of the lake. It was absolutely wonderful!

Congrats on your 25th! That is quite a milestone!
