Coronado Springs extra bed?

Standard rooms at CSR (non-suites) only allow 4 guests; to have 3 children, the third child must be under age 3 and they will be expected to use a pack and play, not a roll-away.

Just bumping this to see if anyone can confirm if they allow a roll away for a 3rd child? We would have 2 adults, 3 children and would prefer CSR to CBR.

Depending on the ages of your children you may not fit at CSR. CBR allows 5 to a room, CSR does not, unless 1 child is under the age of 3.

Trying to confirm this as well for friends staying next week who have two teens(opposite sex) who can't sleep together - knew it was 1st come availability, but thought it was still possible according to CSR forum. We have stayed there but never used one, ad one of us just sleeps with each kid. Haven't checked Buzz's site recently, so will look there as well. I mentioned the air mattress to them as PP had said, but it seems bulky to pack in luggage - do people just have them shipped and leave them if flying, or are there some that are lighter/less bulky to pack?

I don't know the answer to this, but it sounds risky, even if the rollaway might be available because, if so, it also might NOT be available. I would suggest that your friends book at a resort where everyone will have appropriate sleeping surfaces guaranteed. If the teens need separate beds what about AoA or FW cabins? Or even two rooms at a value or a suite at All Star Music?

is it possible to move resorts?

As for the air mattress, perhaps they could purchase one locally upon arrival? And then, yes, leave it behind if flying. (AT least, FWIW, that's what we would do).

Good luck!

I thought CSR only slept four in the standard rooms. You'd need a larger room there.

Roll away beds cannot be used to increase room occupancy. So, unless one of the kids is under 3, your family cannot stay at CSR as they only sleep 4 to a room.

Some rooms at CBR have a Murphy bed and can sleep up to 5.

My advice to anyone who wants separate sleep surfaces is to bring a blow-up mattress as roll-always are not guaranteed. Again, a blow up mattress cannot be used to increase room occupancy.
