Coronado- Should we make a room/section request?

My DW and I usually aren't too particular about where our room is. We are staying at CSR this October and, because it is so large, were wondering if we should make a request.

Pepper Market/Maya Grill - Will go two or three times
El Centro (is that right)- Will go check out the shops, look around
Main Pool- Probably won't even get wet.
Bus Stops- This one is important
Seclusion- Would be nice
Theme- Important
Elevator- If room is over the second floor after a long day? Yes.

Any Suggestions as to a location, building, area...?

You can definitely make a request and if it will make your vacation more enjoyable......go ahead, it just can't be guaranteed that you will be able to be in the exact location you desire, they do try their best......but definitely give a call!

You might want to request the cabanas section - the buildings are only 2 stories, and the view of the beach is lovely. We've stayed in them 3 times and never had a problem with noise. Also, 2 bus stops are convenient to this section. Have fun!

I don't know where the elevators are in the section, but you can try requesting a room in Ranchos 7A. Piglet203 and I stayed in that section a few weeks ago, on the first floor. It is very close to Bus Stop 3 and the section is secluded, although it is one of the farthest sections from El Centro (about a 5-7 minute walk, but well worth it, IMO). I hope you have a great time.
