Cornado or PO?

My favorite is Coronado. We were at Riverside last time which was very nice....my only concern is to me, there seemed to be way more kids there, and more kids on the buses. Not that I have anything against children, because we have one of our own. Riverside attracts families possibly because the Bayou rooms offer room for a 5th person. All that said, our next trip is to Riverside again.....Coronado was full. If I was going to pay more for an extra nice experience, I'd upgrade to Wilderness Lodge. Love that place.

Thanks for all the thoughtful responses to this! I'm still torn. We do have 2 nights out of the 6 at DS so the direct boat there is kind of tempting. It sounds like the bus situation for all 3 resorts is about the same. I suppose it'll just come down to a matter of taste and preference. Thank you all again!

I've stayed at CSR and POR but not FQ (because jester heads + no discounts).

Personally, I prefer CSR for better bus service, upgraded mattresses, all inclusive pool deck, and most food/drink options. Plus, the walk around the lake at night is so lovely.

We have stayed at both several times. You will be surprised how close CSR is to all parks. It generally has better bus service.

If nothing in your heart is forcing you to stay at CSR, POR/POFQ is calling you and you want to try a new resort go for it.

I've stayed at CBR twice and absolutely loved it but I like trying new places so I don't know when will we ever stay there again.

So if I were in your shoes I would go for a new resort and make new memories somewhere else.

We stayed at POR & CSR quite a few times.
I loved the boat to DS at POR. I love the mansion room but dislike the bayou rooms there. I just don't like the rustic decor of them. I was afraid each trip we'd end up in those rooms
( we did once but they moved us to the mansions)
I really like CSR. The theming is pretty & so are the rooms & the bus system.
We were upgraded on our last trip there to a one bedroom suite... wow nice!
Then the following year, last year, we booked again at CSR. This time they overbooked & upgraded us to AKL savanna view!
I prefer CSR over POR... but the boat ride at POR is a big plus.
