Coral Reef Pre-Fix Menu / Dining Plan

Notice there was a Prix Fixe Menu on the Coral Reef Menu.
On the DP, would I be able to order from the Prix Fixe Menu?

It gives choice of:
Prix Fixe Appetizers
Prix Fixe Entrées
Prix Fixe Desserts

Also, Pork Shank comes with White Bean Ragoût and Gremolata. I'm not a fan of White Bean. Would I be able to get something else or skip that part?

Yes, the prix fixe menus are pretty much designed for DDP guests, to be honest.

The menu usually declares "no substitutions", so you may have difficulties. While one would think that swapping side portions included in the entree wouldn't be an issue, you never know when you're going to run into a stickler for the rules.
