Now i know both restaurants are very different but if you had the the choice which would you choose for dinner???? Atomosphere, food,service..... anything that should be taken into consideration... We are just looking to try someplace we havnt been to in a long time and the food sounds fine either place... Thanks for your help!

I love them both but I would pick Coral Reef out of those two. I just like the atmosphere a little better.

Coral Reef is our favorite:cheer2:and we are eating there this upcoming trip!:rotfl: But, we are trying Marrakesh also!:woohoo:

We had completely horrible experience at Coral Reef- both in quality of food and service. This was Sept of 2009. So I'd definitely not recommend that place! The giant aquarium was awesome, but could not overcome all the other issues...

I loved Marrakesh(sp?) ... I liked Coral Reef too but the food I got was dry (however my mom loved her meal and it was a beautiful atmosphere), this was in June of 2009.

Plus, at Marrakesh (sp?), you get belly dancers! It's a fun atmosphere.

We tried Marrakesh for the first time last trip. The food we got wasn't great, the dessert was terrible, and the service wasn't really the friendliest. And we were seated kind of far from the entertainment. We probably won't go back.

We're trying Coral Reef this trip. Hopefully the food will be better.

Coral Reef is my favorite! I have to eat there every trip!
Been to Restaurant Marrakesh and it wasn't the best, but I would like to eat there again to give them a 2nd chance but DD said "NO".

Coral Reef was just blah for me. The food was terrible and it was almost impossible to hear others at our table. Once the initial WOW factor of the aquarium rubbed off, it really wasn't that great.

We had a great time at Marrakesh. If you can get in for one of the shows, it makes it even better. The lemon chicken was refreshing and couscous excellent. Since it was our first time, our server was full of facts about Morocco and enjoyed providing recommendations to us. I would recommend giving it a try.

Marrakesh is one of two restaurants we will never return to (The other is Sci-Fi). The service was mediocre and the food was blah. My FIL is from Lebanon and we have lots of yummy Middle Eastern restaurants where we live - so we know good Middle Eatern food. Marrakesh doesn't compare.

The hostesses were wonderful with my two DDs, however, and the entertainment was fun.

I've never been to Coral Reef. It's on my list for our next trip!
