Coral Reef EPCOT Diver & Menu Pictures

Following info from Disboards I arranged a diver, personalised menu and special cake for DH and my boys as part of our 10 year Wedding Anniversary celebrations. We were at WDW in eraly March, and our actual anniversary is September but its the right year! DH knew nothing, it was very easy to do (call Coral Reef direct, follow telephone prompts to speak to the management team - order cake and they give the email address); email words and pics to CR and volia, a great surprise for DH and my kids! I did it all about 4 weeks before we went, and I am SO glad I did - what a unique event!

It will be my husband's bday one day when we are at Disney. I want to surprise him too. Did it cost to personalize the menu? Also, how much was the cake?

Thank you SO much for posting these pictures! We are leaving for Disney TOMORROW and I have these things all planned for my DH's 30th birthday. I can't wait to see his face when he gets all of his surprises. I think it's wonderful that the Coral Reef does this!!! I'll have to come back and post pictures too.

I just emailed my pictures in today for the menu, and the saying for the diver sign for our trip this Aug/Sept. for my boyfriend's birthday and college graduation (summer graduate), I have yet to call about the cake though. Did you go through the cake hotline or through the restaurant?

Thanks for the pictures!I have scheduled this for my Birthday this Summer.They asked for pictures and a message for the menu which I emailed to them,but they did not ask for a message for the diver.Did you email them TWO messages-one for the menu and one for the diver-or do they come up with the message for the diver.Thanks.

Everything is tied to your name and your reservation number, so when you check in with that reservation, they see it flagged in their computer that you have a diver and/or sign scheduled.

Yes there are. When you call the restraunt after you have a reservation, let Debbie (gosh, I hope that's her name....I have it in my Disney "bible" hiding from DH and DS) know your reservation number and she will do an AMAZING job of juggling things if needed to make sure you're in the right place at the right time. I called after I already made the reservation on the Disney dining line then calld the restraunt and let her know that I would like the diver/sign and personalized menus. I just have to come up with a sneaky way to double check everything at the podium/check in without DH and DS overhearing what's going on!

DS's sign is going to be from Crush about having a happy birthday DUDE! DH's sign is going to be from the boys for his birthday. I'm sure the personalized menus will be the same and will include family pictures.

I am surprising my parents with a diver for their anniversary and Debbi specifically told me to just check in as normal, no need to mention anything about the diver when we arrive, it would all be taken care of.
