Copyright Question

Hi all!

I have very much enjoyed making shirts with iron-ons from DISigners here, and this year I decided to try my hand myself. However, I'm wondering how Disney feels about the copyright infringement. I'm afraid that my designs could cross a line.

I'm generally using Magic Kingdom castle logos and a 2013 logo and then adding the year, names and that's it. Is that too close to what they might actually be selling? I've seen some DISigns that use the castle logos I've found, but I'm not sure if they're being used on shirts or autograph/memory books, which would obviously be much less visible in the parks.

I just don't want Disney security to be slapping the cuffs on my 4yr olds!

Thanks!

For reference, here is one of the designs:

I was not expecting this... I am still laughing...

You only violate copyright law if you sell something that has been copyrighted or profit from the items in any way.
