Hi my girlfriend is just wondering does anybody know how to copy a DVD to her computer so she can copy it to other DVD discs? It is a DVD of her montessori classes school play and she would like to give a copy to each one of the parents. Don't worry the lady who filmed it and gave her the DVD of it said it was ok to do so :-) Any ideas on what program could be used to do this prefferably free.
Thanks :-)

do you have software to burn dvds? i think mine ( nero something or other) has a setting to copy dvds so you might want to check yours out .

I'd recommend ImgBurn, it's free and very good. First, "Read" an image of the DVD to your hard drive, then "Write" it out onto a blank disc.

Since you will have an image on the hard drive, it's pretty easy to burn multiple copies.

and I am sure you can save the "project" so you can burn a few one day then go right back to burning them another day.
