Copy of daughters BC is really dark will I be ok?

So I don't have my daughters original BC right now, we lost in the move and I am a bad mom and did not replace it. I do have a copy but it is very dark. I can try to lighten it but not sure if that will work. I just realized all this and we leave in a few days. I am working so much overtime before our trip I won't have time to drive a few hours to our vital statistics office. So anyway, is my dark copy of her BC going to be ok? You can see the date of birth you just have to look at it closely. Are they very picky about this? Thanks for any input! I meant to do this months ago and time has just flown by!

Here is what I am thinking.. go to kinkos and ask the people there if they could lighten it up.

Or you could scan it and use photoshop to lighten it up and print it.

Yeah I am going to work on it tomorrow, I have a great copy machine at work. We shall see what I can come up with!

As long as the CM can read the name and birthdate and it matches the info on file, you should be fine. I would try to lighten if you can just so you don't worry about it.

A copy is fine, and it does not need to be an official certified copy. The original was required for the birthday promotion because admission was only free on your birthday. For GAD, the CM just needs to confirm that the name and birthdate match the info given during GAD registration and match the name on the voucher.
