Pull out sofa. It goes through refurb in 2025 sometime but no word yet if a Murphy bed will be added.

For Boulder Ridge, it actually sleeps less! 4 in a BR 1BR (cash rate) and 5 in a BR Studio.

A BRV 1BR can be booked for 5 but does not provide the bedding sheets for the 5th.

Only if using DVC points, that’s why I mentioned cash reservations in my prior post. You cannot book a cash reservation for a 1BR at BRV if you have 5 people in the room, all over the age of 3. DVC points with providing your own bedding for the 5th person, yes. Cash, no.

We will be three people, myself, my sister and my adult niece. I am wondering what view or floor I should request as we have never stayed at CCV? Any suggestions?

High floor, with a view towards the pool. You might get lucky and have a partial view of fireworks.

We always ask for a lake view and higher floor but not the top floor which has the enclosed balconies that we don't care for. We've had pretty good success getting our requests. The last two trips we've been super lucky and gotten rooms with the partial fireworks view. We love hanging out on our balcony and watching the fireworks. They even pipe the music in down at Geyser Point and you can hear it on the balcony.
