The links below provide high quality 360 degree virtual tours of studio, 1 bedroom and two bedroom units at CCV. These are actual units at the resort - not the preview center.

Studio: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=Zp7gtUdZMZy&pageWidth=450&pageHeight=600

One Bedroom: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=VYTBs1uCFwM&pageWidth=450&pageHeight=600

Two Bedroom: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=f6U2vGcoKnN

Seeing it presented like this with natural light, etc does warm me up to it a little. Still incredibly bland though and not a fan of the layouts, especially the galley style kitchens.

These are great! Super helpful. Thanks so much!

I'm really anxious to see the cabins and Grand Villas, too.

I'm sure this has been discussed elsewhere, but I'm kind of shocked there is no bathtub in the units. My kids are past the baths only phase, but for a disney resort it really surprises me.

There apparently will be studios with a tub and others that have a shower.

The official room amenities on the member website indicates there will be tubs in 1-bedroom & larger villas.
1-bedroom: Full bathroom with whirlpool spa
2 & 3 bedrooms and Cabins: Master bathroom with bubble-jet tub

The VR walk through also shows a shower in the 1-bedroom.

I've seen one post where someone called DVC and were told that you would be able to book a studio with either a tub or a shower. I hope this is true as I would prefer a shower.

I quite like them, with one exception: the units in the kitchenette in the studio. Really ugly.

Okay, now seeing this I actually like the units. Seems much more bright than the first pictures I saw.

Though, did they mess up with the washer/dryer unit? There is clearly a pocket door to close to hide the unit, but that unit is sticking out past the door. Hopefully the unit is pulled forward a bit and it can close, and someone didn't either measure incorrect because walking in and seeing that is an eyesore.

The 1BR's are all supposed to have tubs. The 1BR in that virtual tour shows a tub although it does not appear to be a whirlpool or bubble-jet tub, but instead the same kind that went in at BCV. It is the studio shown in the virtual tour that has only a shower. Thus, it looks like the studios will have no tubs.

Some of the studios have tubs and others just the showers. That's in the info on the resort in the DVC resort section and CRO has it as a bookable category. It apparently will not be a bookable category for DVC.

After seeing that I like the 1BR's even less so I'll I'll see what I think when I see it in person. Modern with industrial touches and apparently if you put up woodsy pictures that makes gives it a rustic overtone?

The washer dryer measurement? Big faux paux. They seem to have issues with that - in the VWL refurb the fridges couldn't fit back in the space and still open so they needed to be set out from the wall several inches and then just out into the kitchen. :sad2:

I like it too, except for the living room TV cabinet in the One Bedroom. Reminds me of cheap oak laminate office furniture from the 1990s.

Can the 1BR accommodate 5 or just 4 ???
4, there's no sleeper chair or pull out.

I actually really like the design, but I'm a big industrial/modern fan. Don't care if it has some rustic touches or not. ;)

Who is going to be the first one to bang their shin on the bed platform? It hangs out beyond the mattress. That's an accident waiting to happen.

Too bad they didn't put a real kitchen in the one and two bedroom villas. Just a hallway "kitchen".

Plus no chair in the bedroom, just a stool.

Kind of claustrophobic with the small spaces.

I wonder if the ones with tubs are the small number of two room studios. I wonder what actually went into deciding not to have tubs. That seems an extreme inconvience if you have smaller kids who are still in the taking-a-bath stage of life.

I'm torn. I like them because they are brighter than anything in WL or BRV. But being in the NW for 25 years, they look nothing at all like a lodge from the NW. They don't scream lodge, they don't scream NW. I agree with some that say cheap laminate from the 90's. I wanted to jump on buying in since we paid off the Poly's we bought two years ago, and we added two new grandkids, but now I am holding off, in May we will be there and definately look, but as much as we love BRV, I just don't think this is for us.

From what I've seen in recent hotel remodels it's the "industry trend" which seem so high on Disney's list. Since they didn't carve out the spaces differently to give a shower room and a tub room like PVB or like they designed for VGF it seems like they decided to do some with a shower and some with a tub to try and fit that trend. I too question the decision since it's WDW we're talking about vs a normal business traveler destination. I'm pretty sure there will be more than the 4 or 5 alternates and I think that's backed up by CRO having them as booking categories.
